Patient Care Liaison - Sales Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery

The PCL is the connector from the initial contact through the successful completion of procedures. She is responsible for all aspects of patient support including patient acquisition, education, supporting brand identity, instilling confidence and offers the utmost in patient service.

Qualifications

Prior experience in plastic surgery or related specialty is preferred

Passion and aptitude for sales

Detail oriented, organized and time efficient

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experienced with medical sales, software, social media, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

1. Convert leads to consults

2. Convert consults to procedures

3. Schedule management

4. Cross sales

5. Creating an unrivaled patient experience by phone and in person

6. Create quotes, discuss financing option

7. Track and evaluate patient and procedure conversion rates, reviews with management
