Career Opportunity: Bookkeeping/Sales Support/Customer Service -

Data Design Services II, Exton, PA

Data Design is a leading manufacturer's representative specializing in supplying equipment and services to handle the demanding requirements of corrosive environments and applications found in the chemical, petrochemical, power and pharmaceutical industries. With over 35 years of experience, we provide personal service to assist customers and provide innovative solutions to problems that arise in chemical handling environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping/sales/customer service/office support of the sales team and key customers; meeting appropriate time lines related to respective business functions in an efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the order entry process from receipt of order to receipt of payment.
• Manage customer requests for changes on existing orders, including the notification to vendor personnel.
• Handle customer inquiries (email, phone, etc.) and respond for assigned accounts.
• Work closely with account managers to provide support as required
• Shipping and receiving ground packages

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Previous inside sales and customer interaction experience required
• Prior QuickBooks experience is preferred
• Prior Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
