Full description of the position

Primary responsibilities are to show apartments to prospects and convert them to residents while utilizing the highest level of customer service.

Other responsibilities include:

*Processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork.

*Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

*Yardi experience a plus.

*Previous leasing/sales experience a plus but not required.

Qualified candidates must possess strong communication and customer service skills; have great attention to detail and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
