Exciting career opportunity for a full time Leasing Consultant to help provide the highest quality service to residents! The Leasing Consultant plays a role in many aspects of property management operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, phone etiquette, customer service and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers a high volume of incoming property phone calls
• Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents
• Provides potential and current residents with accurate information
• Promotes the Company properties through various media and advertising techniques, social media, Facebook, Instagram, constant contact
• Files paperwork pertaining to the property
• Partners with maintenance team on work orders for the residents
• Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexibility and adaptability required to meet changing business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2-3 years of related experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
