We’re looking for upbeat, tech-savvy, results-driven sellers for a field-based Retail Service Specialist position focused on new markets. We offer our RSS team continual formalized learning and operational support to ensure that you are proficient in our solutions and products to maximize your success. If you are highly self-motivated, personable, aggressive, upbeat, and creative with the ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and determine how we can help them achieve their goals as well as the professional presence to effectively work with executives, we want to hear from you!
As a Retail Service Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Generate your own leads as this is a business-to-business environment (B2B)
- Being Self-driving
- Generate partner relationships to source sales opportunities. This includes interacting with prospects at strategic partner locations, working with partner representatives to acquire leads and promote NRS solutions, and using the partner’s geographical footprint to source new opportunities.
- Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross consulting.
- Represent our values of embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
- Territory planning
Territory planning Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience with CRM, Zoho, and Iris preferred.
- Experience with tablet and cloud-based technology solutions and experience applying technology to help grow small businesses
- Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients.
- Experience cold-calling skills and self-sourcing leads.
- Experience developing a plan to build a pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth.
What NRS Offer:
- Full-Time position with a base salary plus competitive monthly commission program – potential to earn total compensation of $75,000-$120,000
