Full description of the position

Looking for a team member who is excellent at turning buy leads into loyal clients. You have completed at least 2 transactions representing the buy side from lead to closing. We have many buyer leads and need someone to jump in immediately!

You will have a great support team to assist with sending out disclosures, maintaining contact lists, etc. You MUST, nonetheless, be technologically savvy and be able to take care of whatever is necessary for real estate on your computer.

In short:

• You are excellent at engaging a new lead in order to proceed forward and make that lead YOUR client.
• When you have a lead for a new client, you hop on it immediately.
• You are not discouraged at the first “no”. You persist.
• You know you can earn commensurate to your efforts.
• Real estate is your middle name! You want to eat, sleep, and breathe real estate!
• You love winning the prize after your efforts succeed - your endorphins gush!
• You are a great communicator whether with clients or team members.
• You are a team player.

TECHNOLOGY: Apple preferred. Experience with google platform tools: gdocs, gsheets, gforms, etc. a MUST.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
