Highlights:

• $60k-$80k first year compensation expected. UNCAPPED commission as part of base salary + commission structure

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person customer meetings to estimate painting projects
• Create detailed proposals for customers during the appointment
• Consistently follow-up with current customers and prospects
• Work with production team to ensure success on every project
• Participate in networking groups, home shows, and marketing events

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and character
• Strong individual contributor with the ability to work as part of a team
• Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• College degree preferred, but not required
