Concrete Craft of Northern Utah is a locally owned and operated, national brand (Franchise). We own and operate the territories from Salt Lake City, north to the Idaho border.




Job Summary

• Meet with clients in their homes and businesses to present repair and decorative concrete solutions.
• Receive company provided leads
• Grow relationships and opportunities through your contacting and networking efforts.
• Commission pay.
• Requires a construction / home improvement mindset with the ability to create vision with customers, as well as see the constraints and opportunities for your installation team.

Responsibilities

• Personable and consistent - ability to read a situation and customers needs, have genuine conversation, and be relentless in contacting, following up, up sale, and closing sales.
• Building networks and developing contacts - both commercial and residential
• Driven to work long hours if required, evenings and Saturdays as clients are able to meet.
• Ability to express and explain design and repair visions to clients, developing genuine repour
• Lead in all aspects of our company systems, processes, team development.
• Attend seminars and training conferences as required.
• Optional: Ability to understand / operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.

• Paass a background check, have a good driving record, and use of a personal vehicle for transport to/from customer locations.

At Concrete Craft, you will be trained on our products and salesmanship, empowering you to become the expert guiding clients with design vision and solutions to their decorative and concrete repair needs. Driven sales consultants with a great attitude and work ethic will be empowered to directly impact the growth of the company and your client / compensation base, and work towards continued growth within the organization.
Part time and independent contract considered as well.
