Full description of the position

Open position for a Used Vehicle Sale Title Clerk for a local, custom dealership. Position requires someone with high attention to detail, high level of organization and willingness to learn and adapt. Full time position. Responsibilities include:

-Prepare title transfers

-Handle/investigate issues with titles/paperwork

-Prepare payments for extended warranty contracts/GAP contracts

-Process cancellations of extended warranty contracts/GAP

-Handle all incoming customer/staff questions or concerns regarding titling

-Processing/file/manage all incoming titles

-File and organize all incoming deal folders

-Assist management in updating inventory

-Mail customer plates/tabs and record in system

-Update daily logs/tracking system using Excel

-Assist office manager with misc tasks

-Prepare DMV payment adjustments

-Order office supplies

Requirements:

- High School dipolma or GED

-Strong organization skills

-High Attention to Detail

-Ability to communicate well in situations with customers and staff

-CDK experience - not required but highly sought
