Customer Service – Sales Support

Here’s a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work for a growing decorator of custom products including pet products, lanyards, home accents, licensed products for college bookstores and more!

Your primary responsibilities will include taking calls from our customers as well as responding to emails and web chats. You will also have the ability to communicate directly with our production team and vendors so that you can get back to our customers quickly!

The perfect person for this job is computer and internet savvy, has a cheery and outgoing personality, is super-organized and loves multi-tasking. Prior experience in promotional products and/or printing is helpful.

We are a family-owned business with family-friendly flexibility and a welcoming and supportive culture. Our building is clean, safe, provides a lot of natural light and is easy to get to off of Highway 45 in Jackson.

Hours will be from 8:30 to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
