We have a job to interest you. We are a non profit specializing in the physically disabled. We have 80 units of special needs housing located in three different apartment communities in Waukegan, IL and Evanston, IL in need of one great Property Manager. This includes rent collections, tenant issues, vendor contact and working with maintenance and service coordinator to make sure the needs of the building and tenants are met. Good benefits and competitive pay.

A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of HUD affordable property management and compliance.

COS designation highly preferred

Prior work with special needs population a plus

Onesite software experience a plus

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing;

Managing all three locations is a requirement.

Knowledge of ONESITE software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
