What Success In This Role Looks Like
- After a 3 week training program, be tested and ready to meet with customers in their homes to discuss and sell UHE’s main service lines
- Go on 6-12 appointments per week
- Effectively use time in between appointments to independently follow up and manage your pipeline of potential customers
- Sell $750,000 worth of services within your first 4 to 8 months
- After your first year, generate $1.5 - $3M in revenue per year, maintaining a 30-40% sales success rate
We're expanding our business across New England and are looking for Outside Sales Professionals that have a track record of past B2C sales success regardless of the industry: ideal experience is in the sales of high end, quality products, with some element of consumer collaborated customization.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding the alignment of their interests and goals and the products and services available from UHE
- Close sales including contract details, collection of deposit funds, and generating producible scopes of work
- Follow through on contract requirements pre-production handoff
- Guide customers through required decisions, such as material & colors details
- Support and completion of legal requirements: LEAD cert, Historical Permitting, HOA approvals, etc
- Introduction and walk through any required financing application and initiation
- Be a client advocate during the install process
- Follow up with existing clients with an aim to generate future word of mouth clientele
- Participate in a BNI / other networking opportunities to generate future sale opportunities

Position is full commission after salaried training period. Average earning for first year reps has been $100k+
