ESPORTA FITNESS

The role of the Fitness Director is crucial to the success of our business.

Responsibilities Include:

-Touring guests around our health clubs taking into consideration each guest's individual need for our location.

- Help manage schedules for almost all employees in the club.

- Selling gym memberships, personal training, group training and other club amenities.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance in the company. They receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid commissions and bonuses based on meeting club performance goals and receive a complimentary club membership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Louisville, KY 40220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
