RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Full Time - Willing To Train!

Ricciardi Brothers, Inc., the largest Benjamin Moore dealer in the United States with retail locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware is looking to expand its staff in order to hire a Retail Sales Associate at its Edison, NJ location.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at our paint store. The ideal candidate will assist customers in person and over the phone by determining the needs and offering appropriate products and services. This position also requires tinting paint, stocking shelves, setting up store displays and loading and unloading trucks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in this country without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours which may include weekends.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor.
• Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service position.
• Customer service skills, includes problem solving and managing customer complaints
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
