The Technical Consultant (Sales Representative) will provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients who require suspended scaffolding and hoisting equipment and solutions in the construction industry.
Founded in 2020, SkyTrac Access Group is a leading provider of suspended scaffolding, material hoists, mast climbers, and access equipment & solutions for the construction industry at large. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, transparency and accountability.
Essential Functions

- Identify and pursue new customers in the construction industry that are in need of suspended scaffolding and hoisting equipment & solutions.
- Estimate, negotiate, and close new contracts.
- Provide custom solutions to job site needs utilizing product knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems with internal departments and provide accurate and timely resolution.
- Visit job sites regularly to provide on-site solutions.
- Work with credit department to establish new customer accounts.
- Participate in bi-weekly collections meetings.
- Identify new sales strategies and marketing initiatives that will drive business.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by regularly attending training seminars, manufacturer presentations, and industry events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and needed.

Position Type
This is a full-time position.
Travel
Travel to customer facilities and/or job-sites.
Preferred Education and Experience
- At least 2+ years’ experience in the construction and/or related industries preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
- Special Riggers License is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
