RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have, or be willing to obtain, the following Non-Resident State licenses: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA
• 1 year of ACA (Affordable Care Act, Marketplace plans) selling experience Preferred
• Inbound call center experience a MUST
• Superior telephone etiquette
• Full-time availability, 40 hrs per week.
• Able to Work Weekends
• Technology: To get started all you need is;
• A computer (Windows or Mac) with a minimum of 8GB of RAM
• 60 Mbps internet speed
• Dual monitors
• A web camera
• A headset with a microphone!

• Language: Must speak fluent English, Bilingual Spanish/Creole is a plus but not required!
