Are you a Licensed Health Insurance Agent looking for a new opportunity outside of the typical Sales Department? The position is perfect for Agents that have industry/product knowledge and believe in the value of educating and assisting clients!
Our licensed agents enjoy the benefit of working from home! All dialing systems, CRM’s and communication tools are downloadable and provided by us at NO cost to you! All you need is a high-speed computer and internet connection along with a headset to get started!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have, or be willing to obtain, the following Non-Resident State licenses: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA
- 1 year of ACA (Affordable Care Act, Marketplace plans) selling experience Preferred
- Inbound call center experience a MUST
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Full-time availability, 40 hrs per week.
- Able to Work Weekends
- Technology: To get started all you need is;
- A computer (Windows or Mac) with a minimum of 8GB of RAM
- 60 Mbps internet speed
- Dual monitors
- A web camera
- A headset with a microphone!

- Language: Must speak fluent English, Bilingual Spanish/Creole is a plus but not required!
