WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RETAIL SALES MANGER:

  • Coach, train and develop a team of extraordinary Retail Sales Consultants
  • Listen to customer interactions, offer mid-sale suggestions and engage every customer in the showroom
  • Live-by and uphold our core values and company policy
  • Teach your team to offer beneficial, meaningful and practical solutions by using proven consultative selling techniques
  • Lead in the conversion of both sales opportunities and non-sales opportunities such as bill payments & technical issues.
  • Win Local by leading b2b & b2c outside sales initiatives; partner with local municipalities and hospitals to offer on-premises first-net education; host off-site events such as multi-dwelling unit parties, AT&T Signature Program events, community outreach programs, customer education and much more.
  • Promote your business by creating awareness on social media and in the local communities
  • Participate in peer-to-peer meetings where you’ll assist in identifying, discussing and solving business problems.
  • Ensure any cascading messages from leadership or AT&T to your team members are communicated clearly, accurately and timely; inspect to make sure each team member fully understands the message
  • Conduct team member performance evaluations; build success plans and ensure plans are effectively carried out by team members.
  • Conduct morning huddles; ensure pricing and promotion competence; encourage and expect self education
  • Execute a proven retail process to create an award winning extraordinary customer experience.
  • Maintain a smooth, efficient and profitable retail operation by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational milestones

THINGS WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in Retail Sales; 5 years Preferred
  • Ability to Influence and Inspire Personal and Professional Growth
  • Ability to Delegate and Empower People
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and Solve Complex Customer and Employee Issues
  • Ability to Achieve Challenging Sales Targets
