Outside Sales Rep

We are a fast-growing pest control company serving the Huntsville/Madison/Athens/Decatur areas and we are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual experienced in outside and/or door to door sales to take part in our success. We provide our customers with excellent, reliable, and effective pest control solutions. We need a sales manager who is a great communicator, excellent at managing relationships, confident, and sales driven. Our Outside Sales Reps primary duties are: Selling high quality pest control accounts; Following up with generated leads; Contacting and working with leads that are given to you. Your job is to sell as many high quality accounts as possible while also helping to keep our great reputation and positive branding in the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, detail oriented, and an effective communicator, as well as having practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers and other employees throughout the day and having a friendly, patient and respectful attitude is a must as you are representing our company.

Outside Sales Rep Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend Sales Training Meeting
• Contact homeowners in your assigned area to generate leads and sales.
• Follow up with leads.
• Adequately explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of our products and services.
• Upsell additional services.
• Estimate pest control costs and preparing plan recommendations.
• Complete sales form accurately for our technicians to complete service correctly.
• Contact customers after services are performed to ensure satisfaction and seek referrals.

Pest Control Sales Representatives Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• At least one year of outside sales experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and regular drug testing.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

• Salary plus commissions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
