Account Manager

NOAH Clinical Laboratory is currently seeking an Account Manager that will work as a liaison between the laboratory and the care centers to receive and assist in the resolution of concerns of our clients. Problem-solving and strong investigative skills are required to resolve client concerns. The Account Manager will also support internal laboratory clerical operations. The position is directly responsible for support, training, and successful on-boarding of care centers. A strong candidate must be customer focused, demonstrate strong communication skills, and genuinely empathetic to concerns of our care center partners and patients.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the care centers and Laboratory
• Provide account management for care center’s day-to-day operations
• Provide educational material to the customer base, based on Quality Metric reports, trends that are documented via Quality Assurance items
• Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
• Be engaged with assigned care centers
• Think outside the box to solve problems and to escalate when appropriate to the Laboratory Client Services Manager.
• Triage concerns appropriately based upon laboratory protocols
• Provide information to care centers regarding collection requirements of laboratory testing during onboardings and check-ins as needed.
• Create and distribute QA reports from the EMR system and Laboratory Information System (LIS) for Quality Assurance tracking.
• Together with the Laboratory Client Services Manager, manage our onboarding process for new care centers as well as maintenance of relationships to include site visits to care centers on a weekly basis
• Support laboratory administration and scientists with clerical or administrative tasks as requested
• Handle inbound client calls
• Call outbound to gather missing information, as necessary
• Reception Desk Coverage as needed
• Other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales/service experience in the healthcare/clinical laboratory/medical device industry is also preferred
• Medical office management experience is preferred
• Previous account management and/or customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, customer-oriented market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to multitask and provide prompt problem resolutions for all care centers
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time, Monday Through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
