Job Summary

To drive continued success, BERMO, Inc. is looking for an experienced Customer Account Representative to join our team. This position will have the responsibility of collaborating with and supporting our team and customers with impeccable service.

The Customer Account Representative is responsible for proactively retaining and growing relationships with existing customers. The Customer Account Representative is responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business, visiting assigned customers to assess needs, and identifying sales growth opportunities.

III. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with current key customers by proactively communicating via phone, email and customer on-site visits to increase business.

· Cultivate a strong knowledge of the products we sell through our training as well as self-initiated learning, and prior experience.

· Prepare monthly, or as needed, meeting presentation for each customer.

· Prepare internal customer statistics as identified.

· Travel to current customers to review book of business, discuss upcoming demand and review Bermo’s capabilities and capacity.

· Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Bermo’s capabilities.

· Responds to all cancellation requests.

· Proactively communicates with or responds to customers in support of company pricing initiatives.

· Closely collaborate with our technical, fabrication and production departments to manage individual projects throughout the entire sales process (sale to completion of services).

· Maintain a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail with all information presented to both customer and supporting departments throughout company

· Communicate with purchasing, inventory, and operational departments regarding customer needs, preferences, and requests, special orders, shipping/delivery preferences and issues, product availability and sales volume estimates.

V. Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Previous sales experience.

· Metal fabrication experience, stamping experience preferred.

· Blueprint reading ability.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Excellent time management skills, independence, and self-motivation.

· Driven to continuously improve and achieve goals.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.

· Proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
