LHH is hiring an Inside Sales Support Admin for a company in the Brookfield area. Day to day you would provide a high level of administrative support to the sales department and manage the order entry process. The ideal candidate will have prior sales support/data management experience and is looking to get started asap.

• Enter and process sales orders and change orders
• Review new bid opportunities, managing agreements and input
• Manage estimating, quoting and contract review
• Manage customer portals for orders and uploading quotes.
• Work closely with engineering, business development, and finance
• Continuously monitor and review price indexing
• Download order specifications and update spreadsheets
• Create new part numbers and input inventory data

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri

Type: Direct Hire and onsite

Pay: based on experience level $55,000-$65,000
