Seek One Construction Company is currently looking to add 2-3 highly motivated individuals to our outside sales team. As a member of Seek One, you will take part in one of the fastest growing and highly recommended roofing companies in the middle Tennessee area! Our sales team provides a very high energy, highly motivated environment where everyone is pushing each other to become better each day. Our goal as a company is to continue to serve our community and expand on a well- established reputation and commitment to our customers. We do this by helping explain and assist clients through the insurance process of receiving a brand-new roofing system for a fraction of the cost.

In order to keep up with our continual growth, we are looking to hire and train highly motivated, energetic, and confident individuals to fill highly sought-after roles. We provide paid training and many opportunities for you to become a successful sales representative with the opportunity to make over $100,000+ your first year!

No roofing experience? No problem! Seek One provides qualified new sales representatives with top of the line training through our Seek One Academy program. This is a 6 week paid training course where we give you all the knowledge and tools needed in order to become a professional in the industry.

What we want to see:

• Team-player but also self-motivated
• Self-confident, self-discipline, and good time management
• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with clients
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation
• College experience preferred but not necessary
• Previous sales experience required
• Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area

Position Details:

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D
• Generate inspection reports of damages to the roof
• Walk clients through the insurance claims process
• Help homeowners with selections and project build out

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
