Description
The Associate Marketing Manager works to support Inari’s product position and success in the marketplace. This ownership includes supporting product launches, including but not limited to market segmentation, targeting, product positioning, key messaging, competitive differentiation, and campaign development. The Associate Marketing Manager contributes to marketing strategies and develops messaging and content through collaboration with the cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive sales training plans on positioning and messaging for products, indication expansions, or data releases.

• Propose plans for tradeshow activities for product, and support in person where required.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant literature and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with key opinion leaders to maximize their participation in launch activities and educational events.
• Manage inventory and demo unit needs tightly with product iterations and LMR rollouts in a predictable and transparent manner.
• Create and manage KOL network to support new account launch activities, publications, and podium talks at key tradeshows.
• Formulate new downstream promotional activities and execute to drive market adoption and growth based on competitive marketplace activity.
• Routinely communicate with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, messaging, best practices.
• Drive marketing deliverables including positioning, promotional strategies, launch activities and advising on future product developments.
• Work closely with marketing agencies and vendors in development of promotional content.
• This position must be able to communicate with all areas of the company and will interact on a regular basis with QA/RA, Med Affairs, Medical Education, Clinical, Marketing, Digital marketing, Sales, Customers and Senior Leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Biological/Clinical Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of medical device/medical marketing experience.
• Medical device sales experience; preferred.
• Proficient software skills across all standard programs; Salesforce.com experience; preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs.
• Demonstrated marketing acumen, with both analytical and creative skills.
• Competently represent the Company at professional functions and customer meetings.
• Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills.
• Healthy disdain for the status quo, and a willingness to question existing practices to identify better alternatives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.
• Succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Succeed and be effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. A range of factors, including background and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
