Brunswick Luxury Apartment Communities in need of a full-time leasing agent. Great pay, great benefits, great company and culture! Duties include showing apartments and taking leasing applications, updating social media and ads, event hosting, customer service, answering phones, light office duties, taking maintenance/resident requests. Leasing experience preferred. Knowledge of Appfolio or other property management software a plus. Must be professional, work well with a team, be customer service oriented, and have a pleasant personality. Hourly pay to commensurate with candidate's level of experience, plus leasing commissions. Harsax Management is a family owned Real Estate Development and Management company that has been operating in Northeast Ohio for over 50 years.
