We are looking for a Sales Assistant to process heavy data entry into our EPDS system and Excel. A successful candidate would possess attention to detail, accuracy, good communication, the ability to adapt to new tasks and change priorities quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate new office technologies
• File and maintain records
• Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
• Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings
• Maintain and update spreadsheets daily
• Enter in all order data into EPDS
• Create the work order that the warehouse will use to build, QC, and Ship

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in a clerical/office type environment
• Data entry experience
• 40 WPM minimum
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• 2 year Microsoft office
• Proficient in Excel is required
