Welding & Gas Retail Store Associate
As a Store Associate you are friendly, outgoing and strive to deliver knock-your-socks-off service to internal and external customers visiting our retail stores. Store Associates are amiable, detail-oriented and love to create a cult following amongst our customers.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) & 2 Saturdays a Month (9am – Noon)

Location: Rotation thru all locations (Bloomington, Blaine, Lakeville, Plymouth) as the Fill-In for the regular Store Associate. Plymouth is the home store if not providing coverage to another location. Mileage reimbursement available.

Pay Rate: $18 to start. $19 after training is complete (90 days) + $200 Saturday Pay + 5 Hours of OT each week

What You’ll Do

• Delight and dazzle visitors to our stores with your passion for excellent service
• Provide advice and guidance to customers on selecting products and using equipment.
• Demonstrate the many amazing features and capabilities of our products using our demo rooms.
• Take pride in the appearance of our stores by cleaning and maintaining the stores
• Run a tight ship by taking care of all the behind the scenes work of running a good retail shop such as: Stock and display merchandise, Receive deliveries & Set up couriers, Enter orders & file paperwork, Process payments, Tally inventory

• Great at interacting with folks on the phone, in email, or in person
• You’re psychic at anticipating customer needs and wants
• You laugh in the face of snow, rain, and traffic congestion because nothing will deter you from arriving on time every day.
• Able to juggle multiple customers, phones ringing and a courier arriving all at the same time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Steel Toe boots, because having a tank fall on your toes hurts.
• Reliable transportation for traveling between stores.
