Income potential of $50,000 - $75,000 first year. We coach outside sales representatives to a successful career in the security and home automation industry! This position is based in the Savanah, GA area.
Outside Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce leads and proposals for new sales by working a local territory
- Produce proposals for new sales from company provided leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Design systems to meet client’s needs largely through in-home consultations
- Develop territory and build referral network to develop into new sales
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure that all documentation is communicated properly and to customer's needs
- Effectively use CRM system and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key sales metrics
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- A team-player who has a desire to improve and progress in the position
- A person who can demonstrates resiliency and can bounce back from rejection quickly
- An outgoing personality that can quickly develop relationships and is comfortable closing a sale at the customer's kitchen table
- Has experience in establishing a territory by working events (evenings and weekends) while becoming a trusted source to the community
- High level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment (Microsoft Outlook, Excel required), previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, continued education a plus
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation required
