Customer Success Account Management Lead
Deloitte Consulting's New Business Innovation (NBI) practice develops products that augment our leading services practice and strike at the heart of our clients' business needs. If so, we are currently seeking an Account Management Lead to support the New Business Innovation Customer Success team.
Work you'll do
Account Management Lead is responsible for working closely with Deloitte Account Sponsors and managing their expectations. They are excellent communicators and know how to navigate the complex stakeholder environments of customers effectively. Account Management leads are good listeners who understand the Account Sponsor's issues, current and future business initiatives to proactively facilitate action that will drive satisfaction, retention, and renewal. The Account Management lead is an advocate for clients. Additionally, they maintain the contractual agreements, and provide a single unified view of the account's health.

Deloitte New Business Innovation is an organization within Deloitte Consulting with the goal of building a culture of continuous innovation to drive profitable revenue through the identification, incubation, and actualization of breakthrough ideas in assets-based hybrid offerings. The Customer Success Team delivers relationship management and enabling services so that our customers, both internally and externally, are successful and derive more value out of their technology asset investments.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,000 to $134,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

You will:
- Work with Account Sponsors on assigned accounts to establish and drive account strategies
- Build appropriate relationships with identified client procurement resources, clients, and teaming partners
- Facilitate client onboarding.
- Remind account team of upcoming renewals and follow up to renew agreements.
- Keep account sponsor informed regarding platform enhancements and new feature rollouts. Consults with Sales team on which platform features, or upgrades might be helpful for the account sponsor based on their stated goals.
- Maintain communication with Deloitte NBI leadership to keep them informed of account goals/challenges, product feedback and project status.
- Conduct regular meetings with the assigned account teams and other stakeholders to review the NBI products and service's impact on the business, project timelines, operations, contractual commitments, escalations, status of support tickets, and billing related inquiries
- Serve as New Business Innovation (NBI) account management lead in escalating and resolving complex account issues and needs for assigned accounts
- Follow best practices to manage account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing
- Coordinate the management of the account team's contractual arrangements (working through contracts) and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
- Use and integrate appropriate technology to collect, manage, and communicate account specific information and to build and share knowledge
- Collaborate with teams across different geographies

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Stellar PowerPoint proficiency
- Empathetic and collaborative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Project management, planning and organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems
- Able to grow and mentor others
