Primary job functions for a Customer Service Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Customer intake for Service, Rental and Sales Department;
• Support for Parts, Rental and Service Departments with Point of Sale;
• Inventory Support (Counts and Allocations for Sale / Rental / Service);
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys (both in-person and remotely);
• Cross-over training for all dealership departments;
• Dealership merchandising support (Sales Floor and Exterior Sales Lot) On-going Training both self-directed, on-site or off-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
