Navistar is seeking a Truck Sales Manager. This leadership role is responsible for managing the Tennessee and Florida territory to sell the company’s products and services through the dealer channel. Provide necessary coaching and support for dealer sales representatives to conquest new business and retain existing customers. Achieve sales results and margin by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services.
Responsibilities: - Work hand in hand with local distributors
- Promote electric and autonomous vehicles
- Grow unique customer accounts
- Develop relationships with strategic prospects and customers
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of sales experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 6 years of sales experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 10 years of sales experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Proven ability to manage retention of customers
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from initial customer contact to successfully winning business

- Strong/Confident storytelling capabilities- the ability to make our product benefits tangible
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Navistar and our services
- Proven ability to position Navistar against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
