The Gregg Young Automotive Group is looking to add a detailed, and communicative individual who is filled with initiative to join our Customer Care TEAM at our Chevrolet Omaha location.

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:

• Ability to navigate inbound customer communications, and provide guidance to secure a confirmed customer reservation
• Having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to seek out, source, and maintain current and future customer communications
• Full spectrum training and on-going mentorship thereafter

What we offer:
