Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).
Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. Corporate offices are located in Memphis, TN. Provide leadership and oversight for Sales and Operations process. Develop and foster relationships within supply chain, finance, commercial and operations. Provide planning and execution direction as well as develop or enhance processes to assist in day-to-day activities of S&OP management. Measure KPI trends and work with appropriate teams to track improvements during S&OP meetings. Manage forecasting process with commercial leads.
- Lead and manage S&OP meetings on bi-monthly basis for all manufacturing locations
- Communicate with commercial, finance, supply chain and operations and drive action as required
- Measure and track S&OP KPI targets
- Analyze product demand trends as it pertains to S&OP and communicate developing issues
- Oversight of forecasting process for S&OP
- Develop reporting tools and measures as needed through Power BI
- Work collaboratively with each manufacturing location to evaluate KPI and Power BI data to identify potential challenges
- Identify gaps and gap closing actions required when issues develop and track
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies
Analytical: Ability to collect relevant data and logically draw valid conclusions supported with excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to create, read, analyze and interpret reports
Communication: Effective written and oral communications is a must as this position interacts with all areas and levels within the organization
Problem Solving: Ability to react in a timely manner with a broad understanding of the challenges presented and ability to drive the team to the best solution
Education: College degree preferred.
Related Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain or account management
Equipment/Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft suite of products with some work experience in Power BI and forecasting tools.
Additional Information
Physical: While performing duties for this job, the employee will regularly sit for extended periods of time. Walking to and from user’s desk when applicable.

Mental/Reasoning: Ability to analyze and understand opportunities that arise whether they are written, oral or verbal. Must be able to process data and be able to identify trends or errors, process multiple detailed requests in a timely manner.
