Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. is looking for a Sales Representative to earn new business while taking responsibility for the sales cycle from lead generation to close. This is mainly a field position with flexibility to work in the field, home, and office.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Network with other companies to obtain meetings and presentation opportunities, reach out to 25-50 new people per week
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Utilize Dynamics 365 as a primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and quoting tool for current and pipeline sales.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Identify the customer’s needs and be able to provide a solution of our services to fit their needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through an excellent sales experience
• Evaluate, target, initiate and close sales
• Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets (sales metrics determined as budgets are assigned).
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• A strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
