Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a genuine care for the customer by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

· On the phone, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. This is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

· Uphold strong customer service and selling behaviors to overcome objections and drive customer retention.

· Build valuable relationships through understanding their key preferences and requirements.

· Represent the brand with the utmost integrity

· Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

· Be a service offering expert to best support our current or future members

· Availability to work a schedule between 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday, so you can be there when our customers need us.

Qualifications:

· Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Confidence in public speaking

· Love for trying something new

· Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined and honest approach

· Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude

· Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy
