Koch Office Group is an Iowa based family owned business headquartered in Des Moines, IA and was founded in 1889. We are multi-line independent sales organization representing manufacturers in the office print/technology markets. The qualified candidate will call on a wide variety of vertical markets as a business to business account manager. Our dedication to providing the Sales team with the most up to date tools for success has helped the team grow and expand the territory. We are seeking a Business Development Sales Representative that would be based in Des Moines, Iowa with little to no overnight travel.

Success in this role will require the proper execution of the following responsibilities:
- Nurture and build relationships with our current account base while cultivating new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Execute sales and marketing plans
- Perform end user focused sales calls
- Prospect, cold call, drive for new business from the end user level up
- Provide product training and education for end users
- Present new products and concepts to the market
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma required
- Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a mandatory requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
