The Sales Development Representative will focus on strategically increasing the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods.

Main Duties:

• Executing structured, purposeful marketing outreach campaigns based on the target audience
• Data aggregation and organization followed with outbound communication
• Making and scheduling phone calls
• Managing multiple calendars simultaneously
• Execute structured, cyclical messaging campaigns
• Strategically outsourcing and managing work, administrative tasks and projects
• Consistently maintaining, cleaning, and organizing various CRM and database platforms
• Managing company and individual newsfeeds on various social media platforms

Experience and Skills Preferred:

• College Education preferred
• Effective telephone, in-person, and electronic communication ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Phone skills and the ability to make warm and cold calls
• Time Management skill
• Self-Starting ability
• Highly Organized and Strategic thinker
• High energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically
