Full description of the position

Full time position for an organized self-starter who is committed to working and is detail oriented! Must be good on a computer but will train on property management software. Manage incoming maintenance work requests and schedule contractors. Advertise vacant properties, post them on social media, and show to qualified applicants. Extra income for any property you lease. Must be able to follow directions but think for yourself, problem solve and handle competing priorities. Familiar with Word, Excel, and create lease paperwork. Tactually address, negotiate & resolve issues with owners/tenants/vendors. Time management skills are necessary. High attention to detail and ability to track multiple deadlines on a daily basis. Comfortable speaking to clients and vendors. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have a car and current driver's license. Current Real Estate license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Property management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
