Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- if not currently licensed, we will assist in getting licensed
- full spectrum training (in-store & off-site) including on-going mentorship thereafter...
- steady flow of leads from a captive audience purchasing vehicles at the dealerships
- ability to understand customer needs & provide guidance to the prospective customers to service a lead, prepare a quote, & close a policy sale
- 80% closing rate nationwide! (captive audience platform & legitimate leads)
- having a proactive mindset & a positive attitude, coupled with the willingness to maintain current & create future sales opportunities
- excellent organization & desktop abilities are essential: time management focused
- outstanding verbal & written communications skills required
- operating independently & collectively with great urgency while improving the efficiencies & results of the Goosehead Insurance Agency
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance
Employment Package:
- comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off
- Traditional Monday - Friday work week
- Fantastic facilities & a full suite of resources provided to execute the responsibilities
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 year average / $100,00 + top producers
- ($4,000/ monthly guarantee + commissions)
