General:

Employment Status: Salaried Marketing Coordinator

Responsible To: CEO, Corporate Marketing Manager, and Senior Staff

Responsibilities :

• Provides external sales relations with referring parties as well as medical professionals who influence referral channels. Outside Marketing Requirement's to generate business for branch office. (Outside sales.)
• Maintains direct contact with Medical Professionals, Clinic Personnel, Hospital Staff, and Patients.
• New Business/Lead development, marketing research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Reports to Corporate Marketing Manager, takes assignments as directed and works with marketing team to achieve marketing goals.
• Follows, implements, develops, coordinates, and executes marketing campaigns.
• Collects and analyzes data about target demographics, market trends, & sales analysis.
• Organizes, plans and performs promotional presentations.
• Recommending and measuring proper equipment and supplies for patients.
• Communicates and resolves problems with patients, referral sources, and insurance companies.

Qualifications/Education:

Experience/ - A minimum of three years experience with durable medical equipment marketing

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in either business, marketing, or healthcare specialty.

- Basic knowledge of DME marketing.

- Project management, critical thinking, and analysis skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirement: In an 8 hour day the employee lifts/carries up to 30 lbs. frequently.

In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks up to 8 hours.

In an 8 hour day the employee sits up to 8 hours.

In an 8 hour day the employee drives a car/truck up to 4 hours.
