Job Description:

Realty Capital Advisors is looking to strategically grow its sales team with experienced sales professionals that will focus on listing and closing investment commercial real estate. We are looking for hard-working, driven, and passionate individuals that want to have a long-term career within Investment Real Estate Sales. This individual will have to maintain a minimum of 200 calls a week, schedule weekly client meetings, and consistently propose and list investment real estate. This individual will actively participate in our innovative sales and industry training program led by our managing directors and senior-level executives.

Agent Services:

• CRM Platform that includes database building.
• Lease abstracting & proposal creation.
• Property underwriting and proforma modeling.
• Offering memorandum and marketing packages.
• Managing the entire property marketing campaign.

Desired Experience:

• Sales individuals with 2+years of experience that have a successful track record of new business development and have consistently demonstrated strong client relationship skills that have produced repeat client business.
• Individuals that have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and have the drive and aptitude to succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $69,908.99 per year
