Job Responsibilities:

• Works directly with customers to provide excellent customer service
• Anticipates guest needs and responds appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicates openly and easily with customers and staff, in a way that is easy for them to understand, and proactively with management
• Works as a team member, assisting all guest and employee needs and inquiries
• Ensures proper stocking and facing of wine, beer and liquor, if needed, on shelves and in storage
• Lifting and stocking of products up to 50lbs
• Advanced knowledge of all products available
• Complete understanding of Arkansas liquor regulations and legislations
• Ensures all sales and service actions are in accordance with the state legislation and company guidelines
• Capable of operating POS System as well as understanding of credit and debit procedures
• Stays up to date on latest industry trends and competition
• Keeps store in immaculate appearance and order
• Performs all other job-related duties as requested

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success with organizational, customer service and sales skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Likes to bring fun into the lives of customers and co-workers
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Work in a fast-paced, busy and somewhat stressful environment
• Working knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) systems and operations
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
• At least 2 years of experience working in a retail, food or beverage business is preferred
• Capable of fulfilling the physical requirements of the position
• Must be 21 years of age with no felony convictions, per Arkansas state law
