Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on all leads in a timely manner. You will get 50/60 leads a month-Both Buyer and Seller

• Consult with clients as a buyer’s agent in order to determine their property needs, find properties that meet those needs, manage the transaction to closing.

• Consult with clients as a listing agent to move forward and list the property for sale, manage the sale of the transaction to closing.

• Daily prospecting for leads

• Commitment to exceptional customer service

• Achieve sales goals set

Qualifications:

• Hold an Active New Jersey Real Estate License

• Committed to putting in the time (Full Time) to be successful

• Passionate about selling and providing exceptional client experiences

• High economic motivation and strong work ethic

• Winning and out going personality

• Inside or outside sales experience a plus

• Face to Face customer service experience a must

• Goal oriented
