Full description of the position

Well-established landscape/maintenance design firm looking for an experienced salesman/foreman. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and be familiar with site development, landscape design, masonry, drainage, etc. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills. The applicant must be responsible, self-motivated, and able to be a leader to oversee and manage crews. As a salesperson, the candidate will prospect new business, bid work, create proposals, and must possess the ability to take a job from concept to completion. Competitive salary with incentive options.

Additional qualification:

-Valid, clean driver’s license

-Must be able to pass a drug screening

-Spanish speaking a plus

-Some plant knowledge & general construction familiarity

-Work Monday-Friday with some flexibility for Saturday hours if necessary

-Some heavy and/or physical labor may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40k-$50k per year
