Solar Sales Representative -- no canvasing required

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a sales representative. Sales representatives educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions, close sales, and collaborate with our rapidly growing sales and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Provide our potential customers with detailed consultations
• Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer.
• Qualify possible clients.
• Work with managers to keep a healthy pipeline
• Work cross-functionally between sales, the executive team, customer service, and the operations team.
• Intelligence with a powerful work ethic customer data.

Qualifications

• One year of successful sales experience, solar sales preferred but not required
• Professional appearance, attitude, and character
• Understanding of solar industry and marketplace, including solar site evaluations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Office computer skills
• Light marketing and collateral development skills
• PV, Electrical Construction/Contracting experience or knowledge a plus
• High energy level and work well in a team environment, but able to take initiative and follow-through
• The position requires a clean DMV report, maintenance of a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Compensation

• W2 full-time opportunity
• Base Plus Commission. Average first year 80K+

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
