We are seeking an AT&T Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting.. You will be able to work with the best portfolio of awesome products as services including wireless services, TV, and broadband. We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap, incredible technology, a team of leaders with vast industry experience, and you get some great benefits along the way!

Position is $12.50/hr. plus commission, all in pay including your commission will average to the potential of $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferred, not required.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work retail hours such as evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
