Qualifications

To be able to travel frequently

Responsibilities

•

Negotiate the sale of CBS's products with customer accounts that secure new construction contracts

•

Tailor the product's benefits to our customers situation and opportunities

•

Adapt our sales strategy to the customers' buying process

•

Qualify new customers and new opportunities for our business properly

•

Establish urgency, for both inside and outside customers

•

Able to collaborate with teammates to ensure estimates and bids are provided to customers in a timely manner

•

You're able to regularly communicate with your Branch Manager to advise of market trends, competitor pricing, etc

•

Attend construction industry related functions in the sales territory to maintain industry knowledge and build relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• You're a professional, hard-working individual looking to build a long-term career.

• You have a bachelor's degree.

• You can estimate work.

• You have 1-2 years previous construction industry or sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
