Role: Pharmacy Sales Representative

Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time/Contract Based/Commission (hefty) Based

Overview of the Role: We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented Pharmacy Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Pharmacy Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and you will aim to meet sales targets which can be company-assigned or self-assigned, depending on the type of employment . As a Pharmacy Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s pharmaceutical and maximize sales growth. Commission will be a residual (continuous) source of additional income as long as you stay with and maintain your accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect new partnerships and scheduling meetings with them and existing customers, which includes doctors’ offices (particularly family practice, internal medicine, out-patient surgery centers) and dental office. , Our service is an easy-sell for an active, motivated, hard-working sales repetitive.
• Consult with medical professionals and assess their business needs and explain how we can positively impact their service quality through our services.
• Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
• Ability to travel whenever required and meet & exceed monthly sales expectations.
• Act as a point of contact and manage all the full sales cycle, from securing new business partnerships to facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables, keep detailed records of all contacts.
• Prepare sales reports as well as territory analyses and submit them to management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep or in Medical Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening skill.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
