Farmers Insurance Ben Nelson Agency, LLC is looking for an individual to help manage and grow our agency. This person will support sales goals of the agency as well as manage the agency, which includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, and customer service. Looking to hire immediately!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Cross-sells all products at every opportunity through pivoting.

· Assist in setting up annual review appointments.

· Continually follow-up on X dates and set new prospect appointments.

· Coordinate thank you/welcome letters for new households

· Review cancellation and renewal lists on a weekly basis to ensure high level of retention and profitability.

· Make calls and sends letters when appropriate on cancellations and renewal changes.

· Sets up and maintains files on all new business

· Ask for referrals and thank customers for their business.

· Share responsibilities of answering the phone.

· Manage dashboard activities such as my alerts

Requirements:
•Must have reliable transportation

•Must have no criminal history

•Must be willing to obtain all insurance licenses

•Full time or Part time available

•Must know how to use excel and Microsoft office

•Pleasant attitude and willing to help the agency grow through referrals
