Full description of the position

EcoShield Pest Solutions/The Shield Co. Management (EPS/TSCM), is currently hiring for Inside Sales Representatives in your area! We refer to our Inside Sales Representatives internally as Pest Solution Consultants. Pest Solution Consultants are motivated, well-spoken, and driven by a passion for achieving results through high-integrity, customer-focused sales. Pest Solution Consultants will be responsible for responding to leads and communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process. Pest Solution Consultants use expertise and sincere dedication to serving the customer to be able to close sales, meet or exceed targets, and create happy customers to join the EcoShield family.

Pay and Benefits

For this role, we offer competitive hourly base pay of $17.00, (average annual compenation is between $55-65K), plus bi-weekly bonus earning potential, paid time off (sick leave, vacation, and holidays), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, and a 401(k) match! What will I be doing in this position?

To be successful as a Pest Solution Consultant, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. Top Pest Solution Consultants are driven by competition and fueled by high-performing, positive, and professional team dynamics. Their mission is to convert qualified, inbound leads into revenue-generating contracts by putting customers first and preparing them for maximum long-term success with our organization.

  • Fields inbound leads and creates an incredible first impression with prospects, earning their trust so you can help them launch a successful lifelong relationship with EcoShield
  • Becomes an expert in using our proprietary marketplace CRM to manage and track leads while preparing customers for maximally effective results via consistent and thorough communication with our local service delivery experts
  • Sets clear expectations and effectively manages relationships on both sides of the transaction to move deals through the pipeline, prepare customers for long-term success by educating them on the complexity of pest activity, the gradual nature of pest elimination, the structure / philosophy behind our service model, and the full details of their Service Agreement with EcoShield
  • Develops a strong understanding of pest control and EcoShield fundamentals and becomes an expert when it comes to identifying customer issues, educating on how integrated pest management could help, and collaborating with local teams to ensure service delivery expectations are met
  • Upsells your qualified customers into a premium service that protects their investment in their property via mastery of the additional service proposal and inspection scheduling process
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions
  • Executes sales campaigns via outbound telephone marketing to consistently meet or exceed targeted weekly and monthly sales activity goals
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits proficient knowledge and use of personal computer and computer software applications
  • Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations, and Company / branch procedures
  • Contributes eagerly to the success of the team by offering knowledge, providing support, and pitching in to hit team goals in addition to individual goals

Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • EPS/TSCM has the potential to have this role be fully remote, depending on experience (1+ year of Pest Control industry exp and/or 3+ years of sales exp)
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, and some Saturdays and holidays may be required during our peak season, which typically runs from April through September
  • Ability to work remote after training, based on ability to meet and sustain outlined performance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
