We are seeking an entry level Sales Development Representative in the NYC, NJ areas to further our success within the growing PropTech space. This is a Full-Time, in office position. This role is designed to prepare you for working in a team environment while gaining experience in various aspects of SaaS Sales. This person will work closely with senior sales staff, receive hands-on training and mentoring to sharpen prospecting & communication skills, learn our industry to conduct market research, and identify qualified leads. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious self-starters seeking to showcase their potential and who want to add value to the company. This entry-level sales position is the starting point for a promising career in sales for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies.
Position: In office only
· Full Time - Starting from $45,000.00 per year + Commission Paid Quarterly.

Responsibilities:
· Learning B2B prospecting methodologies and connecting with prospects to build a qualified pipeline for our Business Development team.
· Identify decision makers and current technologies utilized by Property Management Companies.
· Generate interest through networking, outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns.
· Supporting the Business Development team in ongoing activities including scheduling demo’s, meetings, and targeted segment support.
· Conduct qualifying calls and speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as C-Suite, VPs, and Directors.
· In due time, conduct your own demo’s for outbound/inbound and closing on new accounts.
· Contribute to overall team success - work hard, play hard, create your own success and have fun!
About You:
· Prior work experience in an office proffessional environment is preferred.
· Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
· A “People person” with sales ability that shows exceptional effort. Self-motivation coupled with customer speaking skills is a winning combination.
· Working as an individual while being a great contributor to team culture and camaraderie
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a willingness to be coached.
· Ability to step out of your comfort zone to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
· Tech savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google apps.
Extra Awesome if you have:
- Any prior sales experience.
- Any prior real estate experience.
- Experience using systems similar to Salesforce, PipeDrive, Outreach, Zoominfo.
